At that age, I was enchanted by the book Secret Garden and would wish I could visit such a place. While reading, I would try to walk through the garden in my mind, along the paths through the flowers and watch the butterflies flutter from bloom to bloom. I wondered what prints and patterns were on the walls, the curtains, and the bedding in the manor.
