This is a fabric kit to make the Tulip Festival Quilt (or runner) by Heather Peterson of Anka's Treasures for Riley Blake Designs. All of the fabric is from her new collection: First Blooms.
This listing allows you to choose what size quilt you would like to make or if you'd rather make a runner. Choose from the drop down menu, and you will receive a kit with the appropriate fabric requirements.
The Bed Runner finishes at about 25" x 69.25" - Choose the dark blue background OR the low volume (cream colored) background.
The Lap Quilt finishes at about 56.5" x 64"
The Twin Quilt finishes at about 69.25" x 83.5"
